Our client in the logistics industry is seeking an Administrative and BnB Assistant to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Versatile administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and document management
• Experience with Pastel and basic accounting
• Coordination of import/export documentation and credit applications
• Management of timesheets, calendars, licenses, and fuel/SANRAL records
• Reception duties, travel arrangements, and event coordination
• Assistance with BEE assessments, marketing, and social media
• Hands-on support with BnB operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and breakfast preparation
• Flexible, proactive team player able to assist with general company tasks as needed
