SUMMARY:

Guest Services:
- Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise lodge staff.
- Create work schedules and manage team performance.
Operations Oversight:
- Oversee daily lodge operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
- Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
Financial Management:
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage bookings.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure profitability.
Marketing and Sales:
- Promote the lodge through various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with travel agents and tourism boards to increase occupancy.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Manage ordering and stock of lodge supplies (linen, food, cleaning products, etc.).
Compliance:
- Ensure the lodge adheres to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
