POSITION INFO:
MANAGERS ASSISTANT/SALES PROCESSOR

Location: Maitland (Cape Town)
Salary: R7 000 – R8 000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ a Managers Assistant/ Sales Processor to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Maitland
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 25 – 30
- Must have Sales Processing and Pricing experience
- Will receive training on ERP System.
- Must have good communication skills and be well presented
- Must have the ability to work in a computerized environment
- Must be target driven and a team player
- Own Transport
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting Branch Manager with Daily Sales and visiting clients
- Provide telephonic, email and online communication and demonstrations to build loyal client relationships
- Confirm orders
- Process orders
- Pricing
- Quotes
- Responsible for processing and generating leads to the sales team to produce sales targets
- Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and update client records
- All administrative duties as given by Branch Manager
