1835 Test Analyst-Automation (Advanced)

SUMMARY:
Advanced Test Analyst with expertise in automation testing to join our innovative team. The role will involve collaborating closely with team leads, stakeholders, and developers to ensure the success of automated and manual test executions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
• Ability to analyze processes from start to finish.
• Experience in requirement review and static analysis.
• Expertise in creating technical test cases and analyzing test scripts for feasibility.
• Proficiency with Cypress framework for front-end testing.
• Experience with Apache Kafka, Kibana, Grafana, and Quarkus

• Collaborate with team leads, stakeholders, and IT Product Owners regarding testing strategies.
• Execute and maintain automation packs and ensure daily execution of automated regression tests.
• Assist with developer unit testing automation (rest layer).
• Manage and communicate issues effectively, ensuring detailed reporting.
• Define and implement test plans, prepare test reports, and communicate results during SIT and UAT phases.
• Plan, organize, and support test case creation and execution.
• Coordinate test data creation with developers and test analysts.
• Ensure testers have the appropriate access levels and test environments.
• Track and retest defects identified during testing.
• Follow up on defect fixes, track new/changed requirements, and ensure all testing phases meet entry/exit criteria.
• Act as a single point of contact between developers and testers.
• Set up and maintain a “lessons learned” document related to test topics.
• Efficiently utilize time allocated to testing within the project schedule.
