SUMMARY:
Sub-Product Owner – Technical Steering to provide technical guidance and leadership in steering SAP technical landscapes. You will work with a dynamic team to implement the product vision and roadmap, manage technical solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
- SAP Basis experience
- 8+ years of experience in steering SAP technical landscapes.
- Expertise in guiding technical solutions and establishing governance rules for ABAP development
- Strong experience across various SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, WM, Basis, ABAP)
- Ability to lead teams, manage third-party providers, and resolve conflicts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Duties:- Implement the product vision and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into high-quality product backlog items.
- Structure and prioritize business requirements and communicate them with stakeholders for review and approval.
- Maximize product value and manage performance across feature teams.
- Lead and provide governance on technical solutions and standards, particularly for SAP landscapes.
- Steer internal/external consultants and ensure the quality of their deliverables.
- Proactively propose solutions to support business processes and eliminate impediments in the product development cycle.
- Manage and resolve production support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Lead technical and functional feature teams, ensuring alignment with internal/external IT and business stakeholders.
- Track and escalate resource needs and potential conflicts to the Product Owners.
- Facilitate daily Agile team meetings, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Define acceptance criteria and evaluate the product scope for potential releases or rework.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile Working Model
