SUMMARY:
Mining company is looking for 2 X Shift Mechanics
Must have a qualified diesel mechanic competency certificate
1-3years experience working with earthmoving equipment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

2 x Shift Mechanics needed
Minimum Requirements:

Grade N2 – N6,
Qualified Diesel Mechanic competency certificate
1-3 years’ experience in working with earthmoving equipment (repair breakdowns or maintenance in Excavators, Dozers, etc.),
Must be able to work shifts and sometimes irregular hours
Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills,
Must have good communication skills,
Operators Testing Licence Certificates to operate HDV - Mechanical Purposes only (definite advantage)
Knowledge of opencast and earthmoving machines/parts
Medically fit;
Physically in good health as this is a physical demanding position – therefore men applicants only
Must have sober habits;
Driver’s licence – Code 10
Salary R20 000 – R23 000 gross pm
