• 5   years   relevant   technical   experience   in   dairy manufacturing company.
  Dairy Qualification (Yogurt Maker/Cheese Maker or similar)
• Vaccination Certification
• Clear criminal record
• Good References

Staffing / Human Resources Issues - To supervise the blenders

• To train them when necessary to fulfil their specific functions.
• To follow the correct procedures according to the company’s disciplinary code at all times.
• To always act in a fair and even-handed manner in the management of your staff.

Production Scheduling

• To meet production schedules as determined by the factory manager in order to minimize downtime on packing machinery and staff.
• Shifts and weekend working will be determined by the demand of sales.
• You are to comply with these demands by scheduling your production accordingly.
