SUMMARY:
Our client runs a wealth management operation, based in the Centurion area and is affiliated to one of the largest wealth
manager franchises in South Africa. The 2nd assistant is an extremely important resource in end-to-end support of the
Wealth Manager and a good knowledge of financial planning administration (linked investments etc.) is critical to the
role.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant. You will be required to service and maintain existing client portfolio's as well as
all administrative support for related matters (mainly retired client wealth and investment business).
POSITION INFO:
Key performance areas:
Documentation Processing
- Income reviews i.e. managing reminders, preparing docs for Wealth Manager to discuss with client, changes in
income by due date etc.
- Coordinate and produce annual reviews incl. reports etc.
- Emails, practice management system and follow ups of any instructions incl. obtaining proof and checking correctness.
Personal Effectiveness
- Accountable for service delivery and take ownership through own efforts of all aspects of the job.

- Build strong partnerships with staff from various suppliers.
- Ensure that all issues are proactively and smoothly resolved, keeping Wealth Manager always informed whilst strictly operating within the non-advice mandate as required by legislation.
Knowledge and Skills
IT / Systems:
- Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word (alt key use etc.).
- Elite Wealth practice management system.
- Adequate typing speed.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Afrikaans client base so high competency level in business Afrikaans.
- Previous exposure to dealing with and assisting clients in terms of a financial planning (wealth) book of business.
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Fully bilingual Afrikaans and English (read, write & speak).
