2x Bookkeepers

SUMMARY:
Our Client based in the East Rand is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Responsible for monthly bookkeeping and payroll administration for multiple clients
• Monthly processing of bank, customers, suppliers, journals
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of monthly payroll reports, payslips etc
• Preparation of EMP/Payroll returns for salaries and wages
• System experience with: Sage Cloud Payroll, Simple Pay, Sage VIP is advantageous 
• Software experience (one or more required): Sage Cloud Accounting, Xero, Quickbooks Online, Pastel partner
• Traveling to clients is required from time to time
