JUNIOR Admin Assistants needed in Bedfordview
 
A branded exclusive wholesale distribution company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep their Office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist their employees with diverse projects and provide general Administrative support.

• MATRIC Certificates
• Previous Admin Assistant experience is welcomed
• MUST be able to speak English and Afrikaans
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• MUST have Basic Computer Skills (be able to work on a Computer)
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Collate and distribute mail.
• Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
• Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Manage Accounts and perform Bookkeeping.
• WORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO SATURDAY. (Saturdays are half-day)
