1. Ensuring that all work done is in accordance with the SOP (Standard operating procedures)
2. Prior to fitting, the employee should inspect the vehicle for damage and mark it on the job card.
3. A cone with a number on it and seat cover needs to be placed on the vehicle.
4. Job cards are to be read so that a fitter understands what all needs to be done to a vehicle in terms of vehicle fitment of accessories.
5. Fitting instructions of product need to be read so that the fitter understands how the product should be installed according to the latest update of the fitting instructions.
6. Once the product is fitted. The fitment as well as vehicle should be cleaned, and a quality check needs to be done by fitter.
7. Once the fitter is happy with his work, he is to call the manager to inspect all work done to the vehicle to ensure all work is correct and that the vehicle is ready for delivery.

8. Putting in extra time be it Monday to Friday or Saturdays.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are as follows in a Workshop Environment and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work as well as working through a Tea/lunch break which is to be then taken once a vehicle is complete and ready to leave.
Work involves fitting and kiting out of customers vehicles with our product.
PPE is to be always worn while in the workshop as per health and safety.
The work environment needs to be always neat and tidy while working in the workshop.
