QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license
• B.Eng./ B.Tech/ B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Electrical /Electromechanical Engineering

DUTIES:

• Complete the graduate training program (GDP) which covers the basics of preventative maintenance in a fully integrated cement manufacturing facility.
• Assist in the day-to-day operation by solving process and technical problems
• Reporting on compliance & maintenance standards
• Achieved overall equipment efficiency targets on manufacturing units
• Generate value adding initiatives
• Maximized productivity and availability
• Take part in shutdowns and other maintenance activities
• Act as a coach and mentor to fellow workers.
• Root cause analysis
• Plant Improvement Processes
