POSITION INFO:
Experience Required / Duties:

• Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation.
• Ability to perform well under immense pressure.
• Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.
• Ability to liaise with banks and debtors.
• Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players.

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Clear ITC Record
• 2 Years working experience 
• Previous experience in working on Excalibur, OCS and DM11 will be an advantage
