Job Title: ADMIN OFFICE ASSISTANT

Our client, based in Germiston, Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Office Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a mature, well-spoken individual with strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel. This role requires someone who thrives in a team environment, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent administrative abilities.

Requirements:

• Matric qualification
• Computer literate with strong Excel skills
• Well-spoken and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
• Minimum of 15 years of work experience
• A mature individual, with a bubbly personality.
• Have their own transport
• A strong team player with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• General office administration, handling day-to-day administrative duties to support business operations
• Data entry and management, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets, databases, and records with accuracy
• Financial assistance, including reconciling invoices, expense tracking, and generating financial reports
• Document control, organizing, filing, and retrieving important documents and records efficiently
• Communication and correspondence, managing emails, phone calls, and internal/external communication professionally
• Office coordination, ensuring smooth office operations by supporting various departments as needed
• Scheduling and planning, assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
• Inventory and supplies management, monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
• Process improvement, identifying and implementing more efficient administrative procedures where possible
