A payroll outsourcing company based in Worcester is seeking to appoint an Administrative Clerk to join their team.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and manage accounts receivable.
• Reconcile customer accounts.
• Data capturing
• Reception Duties
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Handle general office administration tasks.

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Diploma in Business Management / Administration (preferable)
• At least 3 years experience as Receptionist and/or Administrative Clerk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
