SUMMARY:
Our client, a prominent player in the Biotechnology industry, is looking for a highly skilled and versatile Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support both front-desk and back-office operations.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric, and relevant qualifications is advantageous
Experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing is highly advantageous
Maintaining and updating filing systems (both electronic and physical)
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
Supporting finance functions like invoice processing or petty cash management
Must have a Valid Driver’s License
MS Office and Extended systems advantageous
