We are seeking a well-experienced game Lodge Head Chef for a beautiful 5* Game Lodge in the Eastern Cape. Proven track record within similar role required. Upmarket Elegant Dining with Bush / Pan African flair. The lodge runs off of Solar and Gas (Off Grid) so thorough Planning and effective use of resources required. Proven experience in similar environment required.

Qualifications

Formal Culinary/Professional Cookery Diploma.

Skills

Experienced within the Upmarket 4/5* Game Lodge industry. Great Kitchen administration and Staff Management skills. Talented with strong culinary skills. Able to prepare and present food beautifully and train locals to produce similar fare.
