Job Description

Attend to email & phone call inquiries for reservations, Check overall cleanliness of lodge, assist with receiving guests, assist with check-in’s  &  check-out’s, oversee breakfast/lunch/dinner service & help where needed, assist with sales in Curio Shop, assist with walking guests to Spa, hosting guests.

Qualifications

Formal Hospitality Qualifications will prove an advantage but not essential if experienced within a similar role.

Skills

Previous experience within a similar role in a similar environment. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
