SUMMARY: Front Office Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A large resort hotel located in the Drakensberg.
Ability to manage and lead staff. Willing to train staff on a regular basis, and to attend training sessions, when required. Understanding of, and able to manage reservations remotely. APEX – excellent knowledge. Understanding of Market segments and room rates. Excellent understanding of and able to manage room allocations, blocks and large volumes including groups. Daily management of guest / company accounts. Computer literate. Good communication skills and focused on guest satisfaction and service. Willing to work varied shifts. Good relationships with management, and able to liaise with other departments.
Formal Hospitality Qualifications are a strong advantage.
Apex working knowledge. Excellent Training and Leadership skills. Ability to manage people.
Single Accommodation at minimal rate.
