A busy upmarket dining 250 Seater restaurant in Pretoria.
Our clients located in Pretoria Seeks good quality, Creative, even recently qualified Chef de Parties/Junior Sous Chef’s. We are looking for fresh, innovative ideas and plating styles. This role will report directly to the Executive Chef. If you have recently qualified in the last year to 5 years and you enjoy working in a fast paced restaurant environment, please send us your CV and recent food portfolio to us.
Professional Cookery Diploma obtained from a reputable culinary academy.
Creative. Fresh Innovative ideas. Happy to work in a busy kitchen enviroment (A la Carte fast paced plated service). Upmarket Dining. Strong Cold and Pastry.
