Job Description

General Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney duties and responsibilities will apply. The Associate will report directly to one of the Directors of the firm. Minimum 3+ Years of Commercial Litigation experience is required.
The successful candidate should have extensive drafting experience and skills; Be able to work independently; display excellent communication and negotiation skills in Afrikaans and English. Must be willing and able to attend court. Well-experienced with Court procedures.

Qualifications

LLB degree. Admitted Attorney. Right of Appearance in the High Court a strong advantage.

Skills

Minimum 3 + years post admission experience in Commercial Litigation. Must be living or willing to relocate to the Paarl or immediately surrounding regions. Excellent Drafting Skills. Working knowledge of Ghost Practice ideal.
