Job Description

Our client (An iconic busy Restaurant and Pizzeria located in Randburg) seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager with Front and Back of House Operations experience. This Manager will work predominantly evening shifts from 16h00 to close (Normally no later than 11h00). The day shift manager handles all ordering of stock and Mise en place prep for evening and lunch service. This role will manage busy evening shifts. Will be required to manage Uber Eats/Mr. Delivery orders as well as Restaurant Operations. Oversee and manage staff and stock. Oversee kitchen operations to suit orders and demand. Jump in where required and be very much hands on during service. Customer relations.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications will prove an advantage but not essential if well-experienced in a similar role.

Skills

Good Front of House and Back of House operations experience. Must be able to engage well with Customers and staff. Hands On. Must be able to handle busy periods with takeaway food orders and sit down orders. Proven reliable track record within the Restaurant industry.
