SUMMARY: Sous Chef
JOB DESCRIPTION:
An upmarket Restaurant located in the Kruger National Park.
Our Client seeks a Capable and Competent Sous Chef to act as 2IC to the Head Chef of a busy Restaurant located in the Kruger National Park. The 250 Seater Restaurant caters for Day Visitors in the park as well as in-house guests staying in the various Camps. The restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Previous experience in a busy a la carte restaurant environment is required.
Formal Professional Cookery Qualifications will prove a strong advantage.
Own Transport. Valid Driver''s License. Proven track record within a busy a la carte Restaurant setting. Able and willing to work in the Kruger Park. Must enjoy the remoteness of bush life. Good Problem solving skills. Able to lead a team. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. Positive and pro-active individual required. Dependable and competent.
