SUMMARY: Operations Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A rapidly expanding motel operation/brand with footprint across Southern Africa. These particular units are located in close proximity to Kruger National Park.
Our client seeks a competent Lodge Operations Manager for a few Motel units around the Kruger National Park. The person will manage the Housekeeping of the Units, the Convenience Store and Casual dining takeaway outlet as well as Facilities. Stock and Cost Controls and Operations Management experience and know-how required. This is a good 2* Level operation.
Formal Hospitality Qualifications
Proven Lodge/Operations Management experience. Ability to manage staff and stock as well as daily operational procedures. Some Retail management would prove an advantage.
Single basic Accommodation. Growth within the expanding brand.
