SUMMARY: EE Conveyancer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A law firm branch located in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs.
Our client requires a Conveyancer to work in their Johannesburg Office. At least 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Conveyancer. Will be expected to run the correspondents department as well as Sheriff transfers, Help-U-Sells (distressed sales), cancellations and will be required to assist with signing of various banks’ bond documents and transfer documents. This role will have at least 2 secretaries to assist. This is an Employment Equity position.
LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.
3 - 5 years post admission experience as a Conveyancer.
Negotiable.
