Our client seeks a strong Hot Kitchen, Griller, Chef de Partie. Previous experience within a similar role required. Able to work busy upmarket dining a la carte service and banqueting in shifts as required. Good production chef required with finesse. Will report to the Sous Chef and Exec Chef.

Qualifications

Professional Cookery diploma is essential.

Skills

Good Hot Kitchen Skills and experience. Reliable Transport. Must reside in the Pretoria/Centurion area.
