Job Description
Our client, a well-established and reputable Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, located in Cape Town seeks an experienced Commercial Law Attorney with at least 2-4 years PQE (Post Admission) Experience in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Duties will include: Contract vetting and drafting, assisting in all aspects of Commercial and Corporate Law, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Listings, Property Law and Developments, Commercial Litigation (including bankruptcy and business rescue), Labour Law.
Qualifications
LLB Degree. (Additional BComm Degree is advantageous). Admitted Attorney.
Skills
2-4 years corporate/commercial law specialist experience.
