Job Description

A Corporate and industrial catering company seeks a strong Site Manager for one of their larger corporate/industrial units located in the East Rand. This person will be responsible for managing the contract site in it’s entirety, working with the Production Chef to ensure all meals are sent out per requirements. (up to 400 meals per day). Main focus for this role will be administration management and Client Engagement. Strong Food Focus and Strong Kitchen Admin Focus.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications will prove an advantage.

Skills

Great Client Engagement skills. Ability to coordinate all operational areas effectively to ensure seamless serve and food delivery whilst managing budgets. More modern Mindset required. Out of the box thinker. Not set in ways. Strong coordination skills and ability to lead a team effectively. Great Food Costing and reporting skills.
