A corporate/Industrial Catering Company with 22 sites across greater JHB Regions. The central function production kitchen will be located in East Rand currently as they have a site sufficient for this but they are seeking permanent residence for this so the location may move between Illovo, East Rand or Midrand.  This role will be a mobile one however, traveling to site for functions.

Job Description

Our client, a forward-thinking corporate and industrial catering company located predominantly in the greater Johannesburg areas seeks a well experienced corporate catering Function Chef to oversee and manage all functions across their 22 sites. Duties will include creating menus, Customizing to client requirements, engaging with Client as required, handle decor and presentation and oversee production of these functions. A more creative chef who is trend focused is required in this role. High profile corporate functions.

Qualifications

Formal Culinary Qualification required.
