JOB DESCRIPTION:
A beautiful 4 Star lodge located in the Eastern Cape.
Hosting Guests at meal times. Room checks (Housekeeping). Admin requirements (Daily lodge administration). Manage Lodge Operations and Logistics. Staff management. Disciplinary duties. Guest interaction.
Relevant Hospitality qualification an advantage.
Hospitality experience min 2 years. F&B (Food and Beverage) experience (Stock takes). Work well within a team – Team Leader. Admin experience – Rosters, Staff appraisals, Leave forms etc. Shift related duties. Drivers Licence.
Accommodation provided. Uniform provided. 3 weeks on / 1 week off cycle.
