Job Description

Our client is re-opening their lodge on the 1st of October 2022 and seek a well experienced and engaging Hospitality Manager. Your contributions will be daily management of operations in all visitor-related areas. Taking care of overall guest relations and providing a quick response and action to all insightful feedback. Leading Hospitality team: Front of House and Back office, Food and Beverage as well as Housekeeping. Preparing monthly and annual budgets, reports, cost control and targets. Maintaining lodging facilities by tracking ongoing maintenance needs.

Qualifications

Relevant Hospitality Qualifications will prove an advantage.

Skills

Relevant as well as proven professional experience in a similar position. Excellent leadership skills. Very good command of the English language (Written and Verbal). Strong competence in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary team as well as work autonomously. Great affinity to animal welfare and the mission and vision of this rehabilitation centre and Lodge.

Benefits

The below Cost to Company package includes Pension and voluntary medical aid contributions. Candidate will be required to find own accommodation in the area but can be accommodated for a month or two until own accommodation is found.
