Job Description

We seek a versatile all-round strong Assistant General Manager to act as 2IC to the General Manager when on site and to step in for same when on leave. 5* Game Lodge experienced. Strong Guest Relations. Hands-On. Will assist in the day to day management of all operations in all departments of the lodge and reserve. Previous experience in similar role required.

Qualifications

Formal Hospitality Qualifications are a strong advantage.

Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills. 5* Service Orientated. Ability to lead a team well. Great Guest Relations. Solid operator. Reliable, dependable. Able to bring the best out of the team.
