We seek a strong 2IC to a Restaurant Manager. Strong operationally. Well experienced within the upmarket Bistro style restaurant industry. Great Customer engagement. Able to manage cash-ups/administration/problem solve/train and motivate the team. Hands on Operator required who will contribute to a happy and healthy working environment and sublime guest service.

Qualifications

Relevant Hospitality qualifications are an advantage.

Skills

Great with Customers. Excellent interpersonal skills. Positive and Cheerful disposition. Able to motivate the team and be a strong support to the Restaurant GM. Well experience in the restaurant industry.
