Job Description
We are looking for an associate/senior associate level Attorney, with about 3 to 5 years post admission experience. The individual must have a particular interest in, and already solid exposure to family law practice. We seek a candidate who need not be trained in the area of Family law and will be able to run with matters immediately independently. The firm specializes in all areas of family and personal law including: Adoption, Ante nuptial Contracts, Children’s rights, Civil Unions, Curatorship, Collaborative Law, Divorce, Divorce Mediation, Domestic Partnerships, LGBTQIA+ Rights, International Child Abduction, International Relocation with minor children, Maintenance, Parental rights and responsibilities, reproductive law and surrogacy law.
Qualifications
Legal Degree. Post-graduate degree is an advantage. Admitted Attorney.
Skills
Exceptional Communication skills in English (Written and Verbal). Strong drafting and high level of attention to detail. Above average computer literacy. Strong Civil Litigation experience and experienced in practice in Family law matters with strong interest to pursue same. Deadline driven.
