AH 40753 Associate Attorney (Insurance & Litigation)

A small yet very well-respected Insurance Litigation and Litigation practice located in seeks an Associate Attorney with 4-5 years of Post Admission experience in Litigation (Ideally MVA and Insurance Litigation). This role will work along side and hand in hand with the Director and Sole Proprietor of the firm. The director would like the firm to remain operational after he retires so is looking for an individual who has an interest in holding equity in the firm in the next 4-6 years. The associate must be comfortable with Trial work and Magistrates court litigation as the firm prefers not to brief counsel. This is a wonderful opportunity for an intermediate level Attorney who wants to further and make a solid name for themselves in practice.
