An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Specialist that believes that
the Candidate & Client experience is key. Working efficiently to fill staff vacancies with clear communication, interviewing candidates, and building a network of top-tier talent within the industry.
Key Performance Areas:
Provide professional, efficient end-to-end recruitment function to service the business needs. Build relationships with all stakeholders and understand the business needs. Responsible for establishing and maintaining various recruitment platforms (including the use of social media; LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Headhunting to source suitable candidates. Set up and maintain best practices in line with current trends in the recruitment industry. Experience with compiling job descriptions will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Relevant HR qualification will be an advantage.
Skills
Must have excellent organisational skills with a detail-orientated approach. Hospitality/property management Recruitment experience is required. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a recruitment position. Previous working knowledge of legislation related to HR. Confidentiality, discretion and empathy when dealing with people. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines including the ability to plan and organise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office.
