JOB DESCRIPTION:
A beautiful 132 Roomed full service Hotel and Conference Centre/Function Venue located in Cape Town. The business attracts a mixture of business and leisure guests.
We are seeking a skilled, well-experienced 4/5* Assistant Hotel General Manager with strong operations skills. Must be highly efficient and able to tightly manage operations to ensure standards are met. Great Guest engagement, staff management and leadership and working knowledge of all departments. Proven track record in similar position required.
Formal Hospitality Qualification required. Matric.
Very Strong Operationally. Excellent Guest engagement and staff management skills. Strong Administratively. Vibrant, energetic individual.
