SUMMARY: Guest Relations Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Luxury Brand busy Corporate and Leisure Hotel and Function/Conference Venue (5 Star Level) located in Cape Town.
Our client seeks a strong, well-experienced Guest Relations Manager with 4/5* Hotel experience within a similar role. It will be ideal if the Manager has some social Media and Powerpoint skills to assist the marketing team if Rush specials/promotional flyers need to be made up. Great Interpersonal skills. Very engaging with guests. Well-experienced in the operations of a Hotel. Able to step in as required in the departments to ensure Guest Satisfaction and Delight.
Relevant Hospitality Qualifications will prove an advantage.
Extremely well presented. Neatly Groomed. Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills. Engaging with Guests and staff. Computer Literate. MS Office. Good knowledge of the City and area and entertainment and other offerings in order to make valuable recommendations to and arrangements for guests. Able to work evenings and odd hours when required to accommodate VIPs
