JOB DESCRIPTION:
A well-established and reputable Law Firm. This office has a great team in place and it is a pleasant, productive work environment. The firm is located in Weltevreden Park in Roodepoort.
Our client seeks a competent Accounts Assistant who can assist the Financial Manager/Accountant with Accounts administration and the Debtors function. The Accountant is not based at the JHB office, but works remotely so it is important that this person will act as her extension in the office environment. This person will assist with Debtors, Office Administration/Management in terms of setting up Computers and stationery for new personnel. Trouble shooting any issues within the office and daily maintenance of the offices. Managing stock for Office Operational Equipment, Orders, etc. We are seeking a computer Savvy individual with above average computer skills. A versatile all-rounder is required. Proven track record within a similar role is required.
Relevant qualifications will prove an advantage.
Above average IT/Computer Skills. Accounts Administration experience. Debtors experience. No back-off when it comes to Debtors function. Great Communication and Interpersonal skills. Stable and reliable working methods. Dependable and Reliable. Versatile in skills set. Will be the office trouble shooter and accounts assistant. Own Transport and Valid Driver''s License.
