SUMMARY: BEE Food and Beverage Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A 149 roomed Hotel located in Nelspruit/Mbombela. Conferencing and Banqueting for up to 200 pax and large busy restaurant which is visited by walk in and resident guests.
We seek a strong EE Food and Beverage Manager who is able to work in a high-pressured, fast paced environment. We are seeking someone who is stern, is strong with maintaining Policies and procedures. Standard Food and Beverage Management duties will apply. Previous experience within a similar role required.
Relevant Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management Diploma is a strong advantage.
Strong administration and controls. Strong staff Management and leadership skills. Ability to manage staff and solve problems efficiently. This is a fast paced environment so a strong F&B Manager is required with finger on the pulse at all times.
