Job Description

Our Brokerage Client seeks a Temp Claims Administrator to cover for the permanent employee whilst she is on maternity leave. The role will handle mostly personal lines motor and non-motor short term insurance claims. Most of the clientele is chinese and so everything is done via we Chat. This role will revolve around claims administration, handling renewals, assisting with amendments so a combination of Policy administration and claims administration. The Brokerage does have a Commercial Broker but some commercial claims administration will be required of this role.

Qualifications

RE qualifications and ideally 150 Credits. Formal Insurance qualifications will prove an advantage.

Skills

Great administration skills. Efficient. Able to be pro-active. Brokerage experience required in a similar role (at least 1-2 years in similar position.)
