A 5* Boutique Hotel, Restaurant (Fine Dining) and Function Venue located in Pretoria.
Our client located in Pretoria seeks a Strong Junior Sous Chef (Fine Dining) to join the team. We seek a hands-on, operationally orientated Sous Chef who enjoys being on the floor and actually cooking, plating, expediting, supervising the team, working with the team, training and ensuring quality Control. Assist with Menu planning. The costs and administration side of things will be handled by the kitchen Manager.
Professional Cookery Diploma Essential.
Hands On. Strong Plating and Culinary Skills. Must enjoy Fine Dining. Able to handle and manage a busy pass.
