Job Description

Our client seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager with 4/5* Full Service Hotel GM experience. Proven track record of Hotel leadership and strong knowledge of all departments. The GM will be responsible for all aspects of Operations at the Hotel including day-to-day staff management and Guests. He/She will be an ambassador for the Hotel and provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture and guest satisfaction. Pre-Opening experience will be a strong advantage.

Qualifications

University Degree  in Hotel Management, Tourism and Hospitality or related field of study. Should have experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with clear track record and excellent computer skills. Valid Passport, Clear Crim Record and Credit History.

Skills

15-20 years of experience. Pre-Opening/Hotel Opening experience as strong advantage. Proven track record as a General Manager within a Busy Full Service Hotel and Conference Centre. Exceptional Leadership skills. Engaging with staff and Guests. Strong brand ambassador. Seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands on experience. Available to work weekends, holidays and evenings as and when required.
