Experience in the service industry especially in dealing with guests and staff. Previous housekeeping Management experience within an upmarket 4/5* Game Lodge/Lodge/Hotel environment essential. Must enjoy the Bush and Nature. Work cycles are 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
This is a permanent live-in position, based at the lodge. Transport to/from leave cycles is the successful candidate’s own responsibility
The successful candidate should have an enquiring mind, be methodical, and pay attention to detail, be creative, and show perseverance and patience, ability to work under pressure, ability to accept routine and mundane tasks, have high energy level, be flexible, and have the ability to overcome obstacles and persist with the task at hand, be decisive and adaptable
Qualifications
Relevant Hospitality or some form of Management training will prove a strong advantage. Valid Driver''s License Essential.
Skills
At least 2 years relevant experience in same position in a 5 star operation. Valid unendorsed SA driver’s license essential.
