SUMMARY: Deputy General Manager (Hotel)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A popular 130 roomed Hotel and Conference Centre located in Mbombela/Nelspruit.
Our client is looking for a Strong Deputy General Manager with a strong Rooms Division background. Strong Revenue/Forecasting/Operations Management experience required. Previous experience within similar role required in a 4/5* Hotel. Will aid in the general operations management of the hotel and act as 2IC to GM and IC when GM off site. Will oversee Front Office, Reception, Reservations, Revenue, Housekeeping and Maintenance HODs directly.
Relevant Hospitality Qualifications will prove advantageous.
Strong Rooms Division Background. Minimum 3-5 Years in a similar role in a Hotel environment. Exceptional Revenue Management, Forecasting, Budget Management skills. Ability to lead a team effectively.
R5000 monthly Incentive if targets achieved
