Job Description

We are looking for a strong Resort Head Chef/Chef de Cuisine with proven Head Chef/Chef de Cuisine/Exec Chef experience within a busy Resort/Hotel (4/5*)

Standard Kitchen Administration, Budgeting, Menu Planning, Costings, Stock Control, Ordering and Training skills will apply. Able to run a tight ship in a newly upgraded kitchen.

Qualifications

Formal Professional Cookery/Culinary Arts Qualification required.

Skills

Strong Kitchen Admin and Controls. Great Training Skills. Strong with Banqueting and A la Carte Service. Able to work in high pressure environment and effectively lead and manage a team.
