SUMMARY: Private Chef
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A private household located in Polokwane.
Our Client seeks a Chef for their private family household. Duties will entail preparation and presentation of meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Catering for any parties/functions or dinners for the Family and their Guests. Chef must be versatile and adaptable with the ability to cater for Teenagers and the parents and children as well as do formal fine dining sit down dinners. Will do menu planning, shopping for ingredients, working to set budgets. Previous experience within a similar role.
Formal Culinary Qualification Required.
Strong culinary and plating skills. Versatile and adaptable to cater for the varied needs of the family and occasions and events.
Negotiable (Accommodation could be offered if the candidate is not from the Polokwane area)
