Minimum requirements:

Assessment, Implementation and Management of AMR equipment
Auditing of metering devices for the purpose of AMR compatibility
Have basic knowledge of electrical supply (Domestic - 220V Single Phase)
Excellent understanding of electronic fault finding
Excellent understanding of AMR and metering equipment and AMR networks
