Panel Workshop Manager - Mbombela (Nelspruit), Mpumalanga

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established Automotive Dealership is looking for a Autobody Workshop Manager to join their Service Department in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience as an Autobody Workshop Manager or Senior Foreman at an Accredited Autobody Repairer
Must have experience as a Quality Controller
Panel beating experience
Spray painting experience
Production control experience
Trade Test completed (will be highly advantageous)
Must be able to handle a fast paced high pressure environment
Valid Drivers License
Grade 12
Own Transport

Duties includes (but not limited to)

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of workshop
Ensure that customers receive quality repairs
Managing the day-to-day operations including training of technician and hiring apprentice technicians
Managing the workshop technicians and supervising
Creating a daily work schedule for staff
Providing customer service to clients
Supervising over all work that is being conducted and all staff members in the workshop
Ensure a safe working environment
