ARCHIVE CLERK - FIXED TERM (EAST RAND)

SUMMARY:
The Archive Clerk is responsible for efficiently organizing and managing company records through the use of electronic document management systems, primarily DocuWare. The Archive Clerk will play a key role in supporting the company’s digitization efforts and maintaining document integrity throughout the archival process.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Certification in records management or archival science is a plus.
- Prior experience in document management or clerical roles is preferred, especially with systems like DocuWare.
- Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and shredders.
